Delivery
Whenever possible, orders are despatched the same day as they are paid for. We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours. If for some reason we are unable to despatch your order promptly, you will be notified immediately by e-mail with a reason. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of when we expect it to be back in stock and give you the option to cancel your order and receive a refund, wait for the item to be back in stock or pick a similar item.
All parcels are despatched using Royal Mail's 1st class delivery. They aim to deliver first class items within 1-3 working days, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
ReturnsDue to hygiene reasons body jewellery is not returnable unless faulty. Please make sure to order the correct size of jewellery for your piercing as body jewellery cannot be exchanged.
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so any time up until the parcel has been shipped. In the event of cancellation any money you have paid will be refunded in full. You may also change your order any time up until it is shipped. If you wish to change your order (for example, you realise you've ordered the incorrect size) please inform us by e-mail.If you have received a faulty item, or the incorrect item has been sent to you, please inform us within 7 days by e-mail or in writing and we will arrange for you to return the item for inspection and rectify the mistake.
